Zeal isnt sold here in the UK, what you need to find is the inside and outside diameters of the two bearings then start asking sellers to check theirs, I imagine the bearings from many bikes will share the same dimensions

It sounds like a big air leak to me, have you checked the inlet manifold rubber and it's clamp?

Err Its the neutral switch thats the issue...clearly the stand switch works!! -
Yeah I can see your problem gar.. Looks like the pipes pass under the motor so they would have to be removed to lift the engine onto a high enough stand (with help of course) ? Yeah I know...That just adds work Taking forks off isnt just everyday common activity...why?

I dont believe that the side stand should kill the engine when in neutral! I would look into the neutral light cct -
how can you be heavy handed with boots?

you only need gentle pressure to go from 2 to N, like I said before , personally I think the new oil and a clutch that may benefit from adjusting are the problem
