AG 100 clutch worm/screw/actuator
I doubt the engine# will help, like you i also think you'd be in with a good chance that one from another engine will fit, you could do with a part# what year is it, post the vin# if you dont know I have a hunch it will be the same as the YB 100 heres one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GenuineYamaha-2N3-16341-00-A794-/260841086266

Hello! Yamaha YG5T (1968) Clutch Cable
Dave we need a picture, cables arent usually that difficult but generally with a clutch you would connect at the engine first

Do you wear a Hi-Vis?
Do in the winter when it's dark, dont in the summer. It's my choice and I try to be sensible...one day I may not have the choice.

Hello, with an AG 100
Its a 2 stroke because at only 100cc back in the day a 4 stroke would have been pretty gutless, coupled with I assume lower production costs thats the way it was back then...It's only recently the emissions thing has killed off the 2t's

XJ750 Exhaust question and advice needed pleeeeease!
Whatever you do keep within your own limitations davie, make the best possible botch improvisation you can...whatever you do it need to be reliable and last well. If you make a balls of that cyl head trying to do it 'right' that will bug you even more...always beware of trying to drill out snapped off studs...it aint easy mate

Interesting headlight issue - DT 125 LC
I would check the resistance of the lighting coil when the light goes out, perhaps the coil is going open cct with heat?
-
XJ750 Exhaust question and advice needed pleeeeease!
yeah if youre not that bothered and lack the time / skill why not 'improvise' JB weld is quite good and stands a bit of heat
-
XJ750 Exhaust question and advice needed pleeeeease!
