Welcome john, Yes the swingarm ,excesive play will fail MOT. , indicators" have a specific number of flashes per minute, my dt400 failed for flashing too fast,, , i remedied that by fitting 12volt bulbs to the rears,, then changed them back afterwards,,,,,,how old ig th rs100 ? -

Get that carb off , its obviously in need of inspection, float valve sticking if as much fuel as that coming thru. your heading for hydraulic lock , if you keep pouring that oil in big quantities like that, along with the crankcases being full of fuel. ,

Sounds like fuel " , if it ran with solvent cleaner, is feul running [ petcock filtre,] is float valve sticking or faulty, leave float bowl off, and let petrol run through. ,, then replace bowl,
