This is so bang on, i remember a Compressor [ new V4 ] it was clattering after a few hrs running, we whipped off the heads, and there was a nut jammed between the valve plates, left in by the factory builders, We also dropped the oil after 100 hrs . and did an acid test to show any traces of metals in oil, thats the reason of running in new engines, increase the revs a bit groucho, just dont hold it flat out,, I remember running in our 2 strokes , they wouldn"t rev out when time came to cane them,, smoked like hell too..

Dt50 could be right" as the TS250A 1976 model had the nickasel lined barrel. reeds were introdused then too, i will ask Gary jay hes the DJ at squires meets kev, hes a susuki offroad buffin,,,he may hav a spare barrel,

Ok , look at your position in the road, your near the centre line as you turn in, this causes you to run wide, ride that corner the next time, keep hard right - then you will exit the turn in middle of road,

Is better than nowt" a member on 2 stroke forum put diesel in his autolube tank ,as he ran out, got him home,,as diesel is oily, I mixed all the diferent oils [ mineral/ fully/ semi synth.] in bottles a few year back . i shook them up, left them for a month, and they never conjealed or separated,,
