Yeh "CDI"s very rarely go wrong, a new battery will clear up your starting issues,, , the air[ pilot ] screw , it should alter the slow running when screwed fully home, [ engine should stummble] then screw out till even running is heard,

Yeh " i replaced two last year, and they were stainless that had snapped. - deflate tyre, -break bead, - move rim tape to expose the nipple on broken spoke ,- remove broken parts, -slide new spoke thru- then it will need bending to feed back thru rim,
Tighten the new spoke till straight.
Just done my Zed 9. And just pushed then down onto the valve guide, and fit valve after, .. its only the valve guide that needs a special drift to remove and refit,,
