    Screw in the air screw a tad dave it usually cures the surging, unless u"v an Airleak ,

    Yip. the choke , is not working , and possibly the pilot choked, thers a small well.[ in carb bowl]. it fills thru a small hole at bottom , this will be blocked, , heres a pic, see the small hole , it fills that tube, and choke draws off it,

    That the pilot area of throttle dave,. if you screw air screw fully home. and the motor dosnt stall, then pilot is too small, my book says 25. standard for CT3, [175] . WHAT IN YOURS,
