Ok jonny" that floatvalve may be leaking , [ no amount of height setting will stop fuel leak,] or DO them floats actually float,, . check them . carb boot needs fixing , it will be lean if air pulls thru it, ,,,get back when all these are fixed ,, Here was mine in 2010

Hi zulu " go to the page in manual that covers fluids & read it,,,the oil tank will be 2stroke tank ,, fill with semi-synth 2T,, you wont need pre-mix , unless tank -pump have been disconected..
