hi when you got your bike you was given all the paper work it there should be a form to transfer the data tag to the new owner of the bike if you did not get it type in your search engine data-tag this should take you to there site & you should be able to transfer it there or there is a phone number that you can use i also think there is a fee to do this hope this is useful to you
