    This machine has a very sluggish starter motor, it struggles to turn the engine. I've replaced the brushes, cleaned all the connections. Anyone know what's wrong?

    I've been trying to remove the rotor from the above bike. I have tried heat, penetrating spray, hammering, a gear puller and levering. It won't budge. Anyone got any ideas.

    ,,I have just got an XS250. According to the parts list the frame and engine numbers should start 3N6, but mine starts 1U5. Any one able to explain. Cheers Roger.
