    1966 Yamaha YG-1

    Hi all.. I'm looking at a Yamaha YG-1 and will most probably be buying it with a view to restoring it. The bike starts but sounds terrible.. a lot of rattling. I will probably strip it down but I'm a bit curious about the rotary valve. Anyone here messed with them before? Anil
