  1. Ok so I got her running a few days ago with the stock 22.5 pilot and 150 main on the 4" filter. I went and picked up a stock 120 main from the local Powersports shop and she's golden. Thank you guys so much for your help, I appreciate it!
  2. Ok still. I put the fender piece back on the right side and it acted lean so I took it back off and it was fine. I know that she has the potential to run so I'll see about getting a UNI element for the stock airbox and a 120 main jet. I'll put the 25 back in my Shee and run the stock 22.5.
  3. There is gas on it thats why. It have a digital temperature gauge and it measured 350°F (177°C) where it was steaming, is that normal? The head and cylinder measured 110°F (43°C).
  4. Ok so I got it running very good with a 25 pilot. I can go from idle to wot without bog. However the pipes is steaming right at the cylinder after a couple of minutes of riding.
  5. So I couldn't find my extra 25 but I did find out that the pilot was clogged a bit. I unclogged it and put it in the bike and it fired up first kick. Doesn't like to idle and the air screw is 1 turn out and it acts lean because when I put the choke on it was fine. Being a moron I rode it around my backyard for a minute and it was kinda sloppy but I stopped and saw that the exhaust right by the cylinder was steaming so I immediately shut it off. I am off to the local power sports shop to see if they have a 25 and possibly look for a 27.5
  6. Not really, I checked if the overflow was good by just putting the gas line on and seeing if gas comes out.
  7. Ok just pulled the carb out
  8. Ok, should 25 be ok? My Banshee uses the same pilot type and I have 25 and 27.5.
  9. Stock pilot size anyone?
  10. Ok kicked it over and she runs! Only one problem, because I have the pod filter the pilot is too small and it is a pain to start and it stalls out after a quick rev. I will buy the stock filter and put that back on but what size is the stock pilot? If it is a 25 I have a 27.5 for my Banshee that might work.
  11. Spark has been found! After putting the screw in it still sparked at the stator. I took it all out and cleaned it with paper towel and a good strong blue spark! Before I would have to kick hard for it spark blue once and it would just come and go in a split second. Now it sparks the entire time the crank if moving so I think I fixed a problem!
  12. Yeah I did. I know about the flywheel (I did timing advancement on my Banshee). I am putting it back on really quick and I all kick over to see if there is spark
  13. Sorry I'm a moron. There are two different sized screws holding the stator one, one screw popped out and it has a wire with an eyelid on it. That must explain the sparking and why there is no spark. I will check in a moment.
  14. Never mind the spark must've been a figment of my imagination
  15. Yes, what? Here I'll take a video
  16. So I got impatient and tried to see what else is up so I took the flywheel off and sprayed it all down with pressurized air from a compressor. I then put the plug on the plug boot, grounded the plug to a fin on the head and kicked it to see if I had spark and it turns out I don't. I tried my new NGK and the old ND plug both without spark. I have the flywheel case off and I saw spark within the stator. Is that stator supposed to spark and should I try another new plug? The NGK had some fuel but I blew into it and got the gas out.
  17. Lol I'm a little too old for that. I guess I could find out what that knocking noise is on my Shee
  18. I just put the plug in and its harder again so it was just the plug being loose. Either that or my imagination. I can comp test it again. Also I am in Michigan and it is almost 4pm so maybe wait until 8? I accidentally left the gas on between that time we didn't talk and no gas in the bottom end.
  19. Ok thanks. I took the plug out and nothing so I will keep the plug out anyways. Turns out that the plug was a few threads off from being tight so no wonder why it was easy to kick over.
  20. I'm going to try kicking with without the plug to see if anything is there. I will have to get a new flywheel cover gasket.
  21. Yeah I know, it is unplugged.
  22. Yes. It isn't overflowing anymore after messing around with the float and putting in the new needle.
  23. Ok thanks guys. Sorry I'm 16 and don't know too much about these engines. I have a Banshee and I have learned a lot of good things from it that helps me with this DT.
  24. Ok, It doesn't seem like its harder to kick over or anything though.
