    XTZ660 Diode replacement!!!

    I've been testing my xtz660's electrics to try and solve a spark issue i'm having, got as far as the diode and before i could test it I stepped on it and broke it.... oops. now I've not been able to find any information as to what diode I need to buy to replace it. the old diode had s3v03 written on it but I know next to nothing about diodes and what this signifies, just how to test the little buggers. Maplins have plenty of diodes but nothing that I can see matching this code. The service manual has no information I can find on what size/voltage/rating etc I need and I don't want to put an overpowered or underpowered diode in place. Any help from anyone would be great
