The actual bike is a dt125r, i know what they look like its juat that ive read that dtr came out in 1989 not 88? So i thought the v5 etc could be off a different dt model/style an been stamped on my dtr? Thanks for having patience with me ahahha
  5. Thank you so much mate!
  6. Hi, another question, sorry! On my dt, i think i have an air lock. Ive filled the rad up an squeezed all the coolant pipes an the coolant level doesnt move. Ive took the cap off an warmed it up to see if any bubbles come out with it not being pressurized, this work on an old mx bike we used too have. But is there a bleed screw on the head or anything? Sorry for the lack of knowlage and if i dont make sense just tell me! Hahaha Any help will be apreciated! thanks
  7. Did you put the 2stroke oil in the plastic 2 stroke tank next to th petrol tank? If you put it in that tank your fine, its just not great for the rings. Or in the engine?

Thank you! So its not an dt lc or mx? Its just that my logbook says dt125 not dt125r or dt125lc an it was registerd in 1988. I got told dtrs were first made in 1989 Thought it couldve been dodgy. Thanks for the help mate
