  1. I was working in rope access for 13 years. trust me, no difference between 50m and 1000m. probablly you will be dead before you touch the ground ... ok, i`m a bit wrong, is a difference between those... the balance of the tower in a windy day this is scaring a bit. I wonder why they don`t take parachutes for way down. is easier and f funny
  2. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Yamaha-FJ-1200-ABS-MODEL-/331064348525?pt=UK_Motorcycles&hash=item4d14f90f6d http://www.preloved.co.uk/adverts/show/109535115/yamaha-fj1200.html http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201311169951778/sort/recpriceascdefault/usedbikes/model/fj/make/yamaha/page/1?logcode=p http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201311210052713/sort/recpriceascdefault/usedbikes/model/fj/make/yamaha/page/1?logcode=p http://www.gumtree.com/p/cars-vans-motorbikes/yamaha-fj1200/1040710640 i`m sure you will not find a identically bike.. but those links will help you to make a idea about how much cost a FJ1200.
  3. take a look on this video. maybe will help you
  4. well, you can build your own holder. and fit is with some bolts somewhere on the bike
  5. how much you pay for this. I ask you because I just saw one posted yesterday on gumtree, low milleage, 1400 pounds and I don`t know if is ok the price or not. http://www.gumtree.com/p/cars-vans-motorbikes/yamaha-fj1200/1040710640
  6. i`m sorry for you if is the same shit like on push bikes, you have a lot to work. is f hard
  7. somebody will take some money for this job, right?
  8. ask your landlord if you can install a ground anchor, also in your situation (parking outside of the road) is good to have an alarm system with proximity sensor (is some nice radio controlled over 5.000 m range... you will receive on a pager a message if is something wrong with your bike) also some people use to keep the bikes in house, your bike is small, so easy to keep inside. also this will lower your insurance. anyway, a determined thief will take your bike, no matter what security systems you put on your bike. BUT, because your bike is a 125, easy bike and low value, I guess you will have problems just with young bastards so, an alarm with proximity sensor and a ground anchor is enough.
  9. for down speed bippo, put a small pression on pedal and when you have the right speed the gear will change. just don`t force, leave the bike to chose when is the time... ofcourse you need release the trottle.
  10. you will damage the gearbox faster than normal if you don`t use the clutch... if you are lucky. use the clutch. also I saw lot of drivers-riders using the clutch to keep the car-bike stoped uphill, this is another bad idea.
  11. or an angry Chihuahua f immigrants
  12. as biker you pay more attention to the road so I think a biker "vision" of the road is better than a car driver... I think is true, bikers are better car drivers than others.
  13. is everything cheaper in entire europe
  14. me, but i stop playing some years ago. i`m not so good, I use the guitar just to have some backup on my voice in my trips on the mountains. I know lot of romanian mountain songs but nothing in english. that because I don`t wanna kill any song . if I will have the chance, I will share with you some nice songs from my country on the next meeting
  15. at first service they change the oil... just this. this is at 500-600 miles, because the engine is new and some metal particles can damage your engine. my advice is to not force your engine until 1000 miles, stay calm, ride slowly
  16. if the spark plug have the same gap (I hope gap is the corect word) will be ok. anyway, I hope you will get a better answer from a guy who speak english better than me
