Quick check on the reg plate shows no MoT or history and that the tax ran out in 2011 Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
  2. Ooo now that's very nice! Maybe I need an old triple to go with my modern one Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

I had a car shipped using Shiply.com Dead good price and it's no enquiring for you, just post the job and details and people come back to you with prices. They're all verified and reviewed and insured. Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
  4. I'll be arriving at some point Friday evening. Finish work at 2 so will aim to leave soon after Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

Get a tape measure and measure your bars. Compare that to some measurements on the renthal website. Make your own decision from there. Is that beneficial for you? Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
  6. You'll be fine in inters. There's a bigger range of abilities in there so be careful of that Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

It's been a while since I started a new post, so thought I'd share my new toy! Picked it up last week, I'm 30 this year so I thought balls to it and had a brand new bike. Gone for the new speed twin... Pics attached. All I'll say is that it's awesome, torque for days, nice and easy to ride - even at a spirited pace Sorry it's not a yam [emoji851] Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

My guess is the pair of wires you mention should run up to the battery. Stator connection is usually 3 wires (high voltage) then 2 for the battery. Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

Haven't used one personally but I know a fair few people who swear by them. Only ever heard good things Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Do Yamaha sell a specific one for your bike? I use a tank bag that locks onto an adapter on the fuel filler, nice and easy to remove and I've got locking rings on two of my bikes so nice and transferable Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

I got a pattern lever off ebay for mine and genuine nut from fowler's I think. Have you got a gasket for the engine cover? Also fresh coolant to go back in. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Yeah that will fit. You'll need an additional gear if yours is originally an electric start Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Just keep an eye out on eBay. That's where I got mine from Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

  20. Have you had a look at YSS shocks? I'm sure they'd have something that would fit Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

I've ordered a new bike to collect next month, so plan on getting plenty of miles in on it (when the weather turns) Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
  22. I know my DT has it, mines still in use but I know plenty of people who don't bother with it without any issues Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
  23. From doing some googling, definitely appears to be for carb warming. You could disconnect both and blank them off. Unless you live in Alaska I can't see carb icing being a problem. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
  24. Should it connect to the carbs? Could be a warming hose, or the oil cooler if it has one? Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
  25. Whereabouts does it go to on the rad? Does it attach underneath the filler cap? Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
