A big thank you to Drewpy for giving me a set of clocks I went over to his house tonight to pick em up, not bad coffee either they look really good and should be an easy fit, I took the old ugly oblong thing off tonight and tried them for size and I reckon with only a minor cut on the bracket they'll fit straight on then I just need to sort out the wiring

prob more expensive chain set, it was all I could afford when getting her back on the road put it all back on last night only for my new set to turn up today so spent tonight in the garage doing it all again

took my bike for a spin tonight to give it a quick check before the weekend. Turns out I had about 5 stiff links in the chain, don't know how really cos I lube it regularly anyway ended up having to take it off the bike to free them up, it took age's to free them and I didn't have an old chain handy to pull through when I took it off so I'll have to take the casing off tomorrow to get it back on just ordered a new x ring chain & sprockets off ebay but won't get them till mon or tues so will have to do it all again next week, should be good for weekend anyway everything else seemed fine
