I have just purchased the GPR exhaust for my XT125R and it was a doddle to fit as it just slipped on to the down-pipe so i don't need to replace the cat, it's unfortunate that yours is different. Definately worth considering if you want to make your sound a bit beefier.... mines never sounded better!

I've always looked around this site and decided it's finally time i joined... I've gone back to college after being in full time work for three years to study motorcycle mechanics, going great so far and learning things so fast! I have an XT125R, great little bike and so much fun! I've recently started modifying it (only the basics) so don't be surprised if i ask a load of annoying questions!
