  1. Well as even new spark plugs can be defective I would suggest you put in the right plugs and see what happens,irridum plus will not give you any more performance so just put in what is called for and save your money.
  2. Sounds healthy,but I would be concerned if the wp has been leaking,did it get over heated at some time. Trust me when I say it's cheaper to pull it appart now and re do the head than chance it,friend of mine knew he was due for a top end service but thought it would be ok for 1 more weekend droped a valve and blew up the bike 3000.00 later he had it back together. The cost of valves is cheap compared to blowing up the motor.And the only way to know how good the plating on the cylinder is to pull it appart and look ,I have seen bike's running and when the cylinder was pulled off you would wonder how. I know you want to get out and ride it,,,but it could be a very short experience if you dont check it all out first. Hopefully everything is good and you only need to change out the valves,springs and keepers.I would not trust it untill I pulled it apart

  5. I just though it was funny he didnt post anything to even try and help us identfy the bike other than its blue,has to be the strangets post I have seen in reguards to what year is my bike. They caught the bleed heart virus creator in London On. CA. yesterday maybe it was him and can't post from jail now LOL

  7. When the bike is cold you can quickly touch it as it warms up without getting burnt,there will be pressure even if it's not fireing so go check it.
  8. Sounds to me like its running on one cylinder does the rear pipe get hot?

When you do the fork seals depending on what you weigh dictates how much oil you put in ,I see the tag on the fork from the suspension shop who did the forks at one time anychance you weigh the same as what it's set up for? Also there is quite the procedure to get the air out.Its not just dump x amount of oil in Um your forgot to post the video as well
  10. Yep option #1 change out the window #2 fill with new oil and make a dip stick outa a piece of wire and mark the level yourself #3 as cynic said

  12. That sucks ,I hate doing concrete work never had good luck with it.Either the forms give me grieff or the dam stuff never sets.I did a retaing wall 15 years ago and I think the concrete is still green LOL. Whats plan B make another pad beside that 1 and use that 1 for a parking spot?

  16. No seriouse we got dumped on,, about 4 inches of snow,, fn winter wont give up this year,I date my batterys and last year I put a new one in on feb 14th I realy am beginning to think we wont get summer this year.

I dont mind playing a now and then for fun and a big drink up,,but it has to be the most frustating game to play always looking for a stupid little ball,rreally whats the point if all you have to do is put it in the hole from the greens,you have to walk all the way to the greens after you hit it from the T so why not just put it in your pocket have a nice walk and then start from the greens.Not for the pros just the rest of us LOL Or better yet if you can do a cross up outa the sand trap and drop it in the hole you get 1 point,superman 2 points,KOD 8 points a back filp 10 pionts,now that would be golf I would watch

  21. Hmmm did you try the new coils at the same time you tried the cdi? Or just charging the coils to make sure they work? sorry without both wireing diagrams to over lay and compare just too many thing to consider and I know you have scratched your head. If you want /can pm me the wireing diagrams and i will look at them if you think it might help.Sometimes a fresh set of eyes helps But it is prety straight foward power to pick up coil,pu coil must send signal to pin (x) at cdi,cdi must send controled signal to coil,kill switch side stand switch must not intrupt signal. so whats missing?

After following Foams link I kept going to the home page that fuel pump is used in somany bikes and scooters it shouldn't be hard to find one or a injector used,thoe for 30 bucks would be silly to not put in a new one. Also a good way to find out the working pressure/flow rate of a fuel pump for different bikes yours is 3 bar (45 psi)opereating and a working pressure of 4.5-6 (65-80psi max) bar with a flow rate of 35lph. or aprox 1/2 a liter per min .All usless information if you dont have a fuel pressure gauge but good for me. After you install your new pump,if the bike still dosen't run you will need to check the circut to the injector for a pulse.To do this it best to use a noid light any noid light will work but try to find one with the same pin connection as the harness has then you dont have to make jumper wires to connect it.   23. Led's are a bad choice IMO just dosent suite the bike.And with the fact you have more wireing and relays why bother. The honda farring thing you can send for scrap mettal and Bush or Coors can make a beer can out of it would be better use IMO LOL The chain guard is just stuk from old chain lube just soak it with pentrating lube,and it may be stuck on dowle pins so tap it with a piece of wood and pry on it lightly it will come free. It looks so cool as is I would re work the seat it has,, to look better/or more comfortable than put the stock seat back on,besides you might be able to pay for the bike selling it,, a stock seat for a 68 has to be worth a small fortune to someone wanting to restore thier bike to orignal. As for cdi ignition I would look at a boyer system for a early rd 350 might need some fabrication but it could be made to work.

Ps After sitting on ryans bike I remember how hard that seat is on the fz 600 better get some gel padding,speaking of,, whats up why is it not done yet???????
