Thanks again for the help and welcome. I was hoping to get something from another bike that go straight on! Maybe being a bit too hopefull. I did an internet search and found one for 300 quid! I might have to just live with it.

Thanks for the quick reply. They do look like they have a different brackets at the lower end. do you know how important the exact length is?

Hi there. I'm new to the forum and looking for some advice. I have a 87 DT125 LC MK3, for the most part the bike is great and well used on and offroad. As time has gone on the rear suspention has got softer and lower. It often bottoms out coming over lumps off road. I cant find a replacement that looks good enough to spend money on. Does anybody know if I could replace it with an easier to find one off a DTR? Thanks
