hi Ben! Welcome to the YOC. Start a thread in the workshop (if you haven't already) to let everyone know what the bike's doing and any troubleshooting you've done so far.
-
Hahaha! Guess I could've clued you in. Great eyes Ttaskmaster if you could make all that out from my shitty pic. Come on by anytime and take her for a spin. You're right on the money too. Its the Yamaha bolt.

There's a new baby in my family. Not sure what I was thinking buying a brand new bike, but hey, at least the previous owner hasn't messed it up! I didn't think I wanted a bobber, but she's a dream to ride and I had to have her.
-
Poor thing... and I hope your dog's ok too.
-
Looking good.

welcome aboard!

LMAO! Hubby thinks my crazy is about a two... and hotness a ten. Although he's biased, I'm sure he's collected enough data for reliability. I'll gladly join Bippo in the unicorn ranks... cuz we are not trannies! LOl

welcome aboard!

Very sharp indeed!

The shop I had replace my tires pinched the rear inner tube and I ended up with a flat. Luckily she's just a little bike and I'll be doing my own tires from now on. At least then I'll only have myself to blame. :/

Did he buy grouch's bike? LOL just kidding. Welcome aboard Mike.

welcome to the YOC! First step is to get (and read) the manual.
-
welcome aboard! Hope the van didn't cause you too much pain (besides seeing your baby crushed).

Road rash queen. I've read her story before and definitely think twice anytime I think about riding without gear.

Ooh! That hurts. burns are no fun. We use real (not imitation) vanilla extract on burns immediately. It helps soothe the burn and it heals nicely. Gram's trick. hope you've got something that works equally well!

Hi Rob. Welcome aboard!

Nice!! Congrats on the new baby.

1976 carb on a 1975 DT 175 bike. Possible?
Sacha replied to Alex DT 175 1974's topic in Yamaha Workshop
I may have misunderstood your question, but only ignore the oil pump delivery if you're not using the oil pump. I used the banjo bolt on my 1976 with a carb that doesn't have the inlet pipe. Alternatively, you could use the carb inlet for oil delivery and block off the banjo bolt one. How's that? Clear as mud? -
The woodruff key is pretty straight forward... but you'll need a flywheel puller.

welcome aboard Shane!

How? Did you find the problem?

Welcome aboard! Post up some pics of your renovation... would love to see it. The thumbnail is too small on my phone.
