grouch just out of intrest does your work have a personell dept if so then take the matter to them failing that take the matter up with your union they will check it out and set up a sting if neccessary remember that you stay in England(not your fault lol only jking) and therfore trespass laws come into effect as this is invasion into your private property all you need is one witness or one photograph perhaps if you want to take it up with your manager then mention trespass laws race and the issue of racism will only come into effect if you take matters into your own hands the first thing you should do before talking to anyone in your work is report the matter to the police and get it date registered that way if it goes deeper you have that backup good luck with the scumbag
