  1. If id seen his first post before this one i wouldn't of helped him. what a cock! O well he aint the first n wont be the last i guess
  2. Here you go, bit pricey but i doubt you will find any on Ebay http://www.japsandhogs.com/#/yamaha-xvs125-dragstar/4536139099
  3. Bolt on is basically you open the Highway Hawk catalog, see all the shiny bits, buy them and bolt them onto your pride and joy which then turns into something that looks as shiny as a Essex bird's fanny. Choppers do look good if you keep to the lines of the bike and that. Bobbers are my type of bike just take off all the useless crap off to lighten the bike, and just leave on the little bits to get it through an MOT. Mirrors are easy things to get for the 125 draggy. exhaust.................................not so easy i will see if i still got the website that used to sell them.
  4. O right, good bit of info that, may have to upgrade mine. what sort of price are they?
  5. Na this is very common mate, Its best to change your provider every year as your current one will either stick at the same price for as long as possible or just knock it down by a couple of quid. Put it this way i went on compare the market to get a quote for my 1988 austin mini 6yrs NCB and the Co-Op quoted me £280 fully comp I then went onto Confused.com, cheapest again was again Co-op but this time at £265 But get this, i then went onto Go Compare, again Co-Op was the cheapest but was now asking for £220? all exactly the same details and the same goodies. One provider i say to avoid with your bike tho is Hastings, their customer service is bollocks and as soon as my time is up with them im going else where.
  6. Rough dot to where i am, If you need any help send me a PM and will give you the full address. O and before you say, No i don't live in that field, lol http://goo.gl/maps/OWjMr
  7. Don't forget Comic Relief this year. Just £5 can help a disabled African learn the difference between an intruder and his girlfriend!
  8. Welcome Chris, What sort of customizing are you wanting to go for? bolt on option? Bobber or a Chopper?
  9. I Too am an Ex Disabled soldier yet i can take a joke. What regiment was you in? We are good guys on here and there is general banter and piss taking in every post you see here. (poor Grouchy was the center of attention only a few days ago) Yes you asked for help, and from what i can see you are getting help, As blackhat said he was taking the piss out of Airhead for his cock up. Don't be so quick to blow a gasket and just enjoy your self on here.
  10. Not a bad price that Grouch, With regards to your battery you bought last year, have you stored it on a bit of wood or on the floor? if its on the floor it will discharge as its direct to ground. next thing for you to go and buy is and opti-mate. great bit of kit and will save you buying a new battery for a while
  11. Yer i know, ive been trying to decide which to go on. This one is only a 10min ride from my house so i wouldn't get bollocked from the wife for being away, but the 2 stroke meet will be better and could meet most of you guys.
  12. Have you checked to see if your getting a spark?
  13. Ive ran over my own foot with the rear wheel while pushing the bike into my car port, and in the process i grazed my knee with the side mounted number plate.
  14. Leave my Goat fetish alone, least goats aren't as bad as Kev's "man with strap on, humping a cloths rack" fetish
  15. Noise (AKA Keith) Yeovil Somerset. Um...................all sorts, Carb re-jetting general bits and bobs. Im no expert, just a keen DIY'er that is more than happy to lend another set of hands and half a brain cell.

Looking really good sach! the bikes coming along nicely too, you going to try and get it ready for your summer time over there?
  17. Your driving instructor will provide you with a Hi Viz so you don't need to take your own, as they normally have their training school marked on it (mobile bill board)
  18. I will only wear mine during really shitty days, (FOG/MISTY mornings/nights) But apart from that no i don't. They look like eluminated elephant jiz with slug tracks painted on. no matter what you wear you will always get the wanker cage driver with more money than you trying to get home fast to catch his mail order wife nobbing off the black bloke next door who cant afford to waste time with indicators or looking for other road users. Only thing you can do i ride with your head, think of what will be coming out/into the approaching junction and pre-plan what to do IF said twat appears.
  19. I see your bet Slice and i up you a sprout and a carrot

    Insurance?

How old are you and have you only got a CBT? If your 16 on a CBT then you can only have a 50cc engine which will cost you (as you know ) £300 and all is good and you can go about riding knowing you are legal and safe. if you are 16 with a CBT and have a 90cc engine, insurance will be £0 as you will be in breach of your license and will not be insurable. IF how ever you are over the age of 16 and have a CBT then stop pissing about and just get your self a 125cc and save all the drama.
  21. I had a similar thing when i had my 125, just pulled up out side my house, went to turn right to go onto my drive way, done a right hand life saver and some female twat over takes me just as im turning, so i followed her, over took her at a T junction and parked the bike in front of her car for a little chat. she was on her phone, and guess what she said? I DIDN'T SEE YOU!? then she went on to tell me not to shout as her kids where in the car. So i cant shout but she can kill some one in front of her kids? I see he didn't even indicate either, but again at least you didn't join the tarmac gang, cant quite make it out but i think its a personal plate??
