    When you picked it up from the dealer didnt you notice the noise then or did you push it home? My advice would be to return it to the dealer and let them sort it out for you!

    When you say snatches..... do you mean it jumps out of gear? If so sounds like second gear has given up or on its way out. Does the bike get wheelied?
