Chain Cleaning and Lubing?
Yep the Wurth stuff is excellent, used to be able to get it free from my dads company as they have an account with them... Dont use wd40 to clean your chain, its not a degreaser and will leave a protective film behind which will stop the lubricant from adhering properly. I used to use a brush system which clipped over the bike chain which is really good, as helps keep your bike marginally cleaner during the process

Riding Gear in the Hot weather!
I used to have leather bottoms and a fabric bike jacket for commuting and of course full leathers for fun days out ;-) I posted some pics on here a year or so back dont think they will still be here, of a bloke who fell off at 40 without leathers on and had to have some serious skin grafts!

Help!!
Did you get it sorted? If not... Buy some easi outs... Put penatrating oil on it the night before, drill a hole through the centre of the bolt, heat it up with a blow lamp as suggested. Then screw in the easi out and just keep turning it. Or goto a local welder and get him to weld a bolt to the end, which you can just take off with a spanner.
