Don't call me Shorty!

Too much I guess. The name is a bit wierd too. Suzuki G Strider. It reminds me of James T Kirk or Harry H Corbett or J R Hartley.

I am of SAGA age That means I can get someone to suck my crusts when I have a sandwich (oh er Misses). I can also be cantankerous because people expect it. It is great.

We just need to be careful of the lady boys. No meat and 2 veg for me. Very succinct and to the point.

Hi Jim, Thanks for that. I have read that the carbs can be problematic especially going out of balance. I have been looking at the carpe tdm site. I did a phantom insurance quote on a 850 using "con fuesed dot com" and fully comp, 10k riding miles a year with a decent lock came in at £111. Not too shabby, I thought.

Hi Blackhat, I thought they stopped you at the border escaping back to Scotland Pics will be good and a review of what went on would be fab. The wall needs repairing BTW.

I hope he is OK or still sobering up.

I was looking on tinternet today and loved the look of the XT660r. This drew me to the TDM 850 and how I used to love the look of the bike. The question is, what are they like? Especially for a short ar*e. I know about cutting seats and lowering kits but general views would be welcome. BTW the DT is NOT for sale. Cheers

I am glad you had a great time and got back safely. There is nothing like a road trip on a bike except a road trip on a bike and camping with beer and a BIG fire.
-
I agree OG. What about this one?

Sorry to hear about your "sidways" on the way home. It was great to meet up with you and thanks for the bits. I hope the coffee was up to standard Thanks for taking the effort. Cheers

I wondered that. It only shows it going in a straight line. I bet the heads forward position is scary
