Indicators and flat battery sound like a bad earth or a bad battery The pedal sounds like a retrun spring fail or the cams in the rear break jamming. The carb/choke could be anything but I would strip the carb and clean it.

As for Squires, we normally stop a few times for fuel anyhow as Cynics TDR only has a small tank and range when "enjoyed".

Got to agree with Noise on that one. When you have multiple bikes you just get used to them being different. Some premix, some powerful, some 2 stroke, some electric start, some water cooled. With that one you just keep a a measured bottle of 2 stroke with you and pour in when you fill up. I don't know what the tank range is but you just get into a habit. Worth the extra grins, in my opinion, if you ride it regularly then you keep a jerry can of premix at home and just top up from that.

Just to clarify. You dont get the noise when stationary with the engine running and rev'ing. You dont get the noise when moving and decelerating. You get the noise when the bike engine is under load. Does the noise go when you accelerate and then pull in the clutch? (So you are still gaining speed) Does the noise match the engine revs or the speed? (If you travel at 30 mph in 3rd and then keep the speed at 30 but change into 4th, does the sound slow) I wouldn't dismiss the chain just yet.

Hi old timer. Big Kev, i have just ordered an aqua box and Ram mount stuff for my car satnav. Cant be ar5ed to pay £300 for a bike one that will rarely get used. Not cheap but I should be able to use the mounting system on all the bikes and swop the car satnav between them.

I voted black on that bike. Saves cleaning the rims too.

That is going to be great fun. I am guessing you have a full bike licence? Are you taking it to Squires?
