They are very cheap.It would give you around 250cc as it is a 250 kit. The assumption s would all the ancilleriries from the 125 fit them. Engine and head bolts would need to be the same. Cam chain position and length would need to be the came Exhaust outlets would need to be the same Manifold inlet would need to be the same Also The carb would need to handle the difference The coil(s) would need to handle the difference The CDI would need to handle the difference They would need to phyisically fit in the space Apart for that it could be plain sailing. Anyone have any recommendations for crankcase and barrel paint please? I used Plastikote BBQ paint on one engine. PJ1 seems to have reappeared on the UK market but open to any other recommendations.

It may be worth taking the wheels to a local bike tyre fitter and dropping him a few quid. Never heard of 7mm mirror threads??

Only the nipple part should be covered. You may have pinched the tube but check the tube valve as some aren't tightened properly.
