Saw this tip somewhere else but cant guarantee it works cos I've not tried it, melt some solder into the hex hole in the screw until you've got a small pool, hold the soldering iron tip in this pool for 5 mins, remove soldering iron and quickly tap your allen key into the screw head, remembering that the molten solder is gonna shoot out of the hole, so wear heavy gloves and safety specs, and good luck !

In Scotland the issue of M(S)P,s expense accounts is already publicly open, I heard a radio prog this week where a lady who studied politics at degree level said that ballot papers which are spoiled (writing something across them and not ticking the boxes) must be counted and therefore registered, thus on mass is a no vote, I wouldnt like to be an MP right now.

Didnt know Binatone made sat-navs, and one that you can use thru a freezer bag, gloves on too, is that a compass then ? lol only kidding m8, will def look out for that, Lidl or Aldi do good pieces of kit !

really dont think your sprocket should be moving around bud, not unless its an innovation I've not heard about yet, if your serious about going to france I'd get that sorted, oh and I'd buy new chain and sprocket set, and put new brake pads on also, you dont want those Frenchies doing any work on your bike while your there, Chargo mucho, or is that Spain ?,
