Saw this tip somewhere else but cant guarantee it works cos I've not tried it, melt some solder into the hex hole in the screw until you've got a small pool, hold the soldering iron tip in this pool for 5 mins, remove soldering iron and quickly tap your allen key into the screw head, remembering that the molten solder is gonna shoot out of the hole, so wear heavy gloves and safety specs, and good luck !

really dont think your sprocket should be moving around bud, not unless its an innovation I've not heard about yet, if your serious about going to france I'd get that sorted, oh and I'd buy new chain and sprocket set, and put new brake pads on also, you dont want those Frenchies doing any work on your bike while your there, Chargo mucho, or is that Spain ?,
