doing 25 gives an indictor that they are looking to turn sometimes soon. experience dictates that i would keep back or flash them to let them know someone is behind! yes I know its a pain but that's what's needed to survive

got me thoughts together regarding switches for the dipped lights and horn and have been playing around with brake banjo bolts and micro switches from Maplins. I figured that they can drive 2 solenoids under the seat for the amps. the banjo bolts can replace the lower lever clamps on the bars using a drill and cutting a new thread anyway here's the pikkies what I'm on about... I think i need to find a suitable rubber hood to go over the switch and around the 1st part of the bolt, any ideas where to get one?

nothing about replacing them! does say assemble with molybdenum disulfide to the threaded portions of bolts, nuts and nut seats

nope! just checked me yam service manual and it says: "use bearings of identical color for assembly (for both connecting rod and journal bearings)" did you try speed sport?

reuse them , if they leak get new ones!!

the numbers are on the crank web and case housing numbers as per haynes manual. nothing on the con rod for you to worry about! those bolts are expensive and I had to send off to speed sport to get mine! I since got a set on ebay but I think that was a one off!!

no particular way round, don't use grease, it'll smoke and burn and it stinks. should just pop in and quickly install them.

thats backfiring through the carbs. valve and ignition timing spot on? (ignition sounds retarded to me) don't carb balance, its the last thing you do. You need to get the rest spot on first.

if they are the strainght pipes and not the specials, all SOHC xs250 360 and 400's will fit, they may have slightly different caps at the end , but it won't affect performance
