  1. wurth stuff is good, I use motorex 622. spray the chain after a ride while its still warm and let it set overnight, wipe excess off and it shouldn't spray oil everywhere.
  2. worth noting and to keep a check on them.

  5. Stafford county show ground has an international classic bike show twice a year. Blackhat's going for the weekend.I'm sure if you have the thread measurements he could get you some. better still make a trip of it. its in the YOC calender, end of this month it will take you a minimum of 4 hours just to walk roun. and there is always a guzzi vendor there, not sure who it is though!
  6. I think he's from Greenland

  15. nah, I've taken out flush suds by arc welding a nut over the nut hole and stud end. The alloy was never affected in all 4 that I have done. why did you buy exhaust studs from Italy? stainless Steve does them and you can find him at Stafford end April (you are going aren't you?) take a list and parts book if you have never been before
  16. love the way the rotor and prop unfold
  17. threading the spokes is fairly straight forward, I used you-tube to do mine. its truing them up that I bottled it and sent them to Bill the wheel.

I was more concerned him being a peedo. good old Sid Davis from wiki.. "His films cover topics such as Driver_safety, Cannabis, Gang_warfare and Live and Learn(1956), a fairly famous Davis film, features Jill cutting out Paper dolls in her room. When her father comes home she jumps up to greet him, trips on the carpet, and impales herself on the scissors. Other children in the film are equally unlucky—falling off cliffs, being run over by cars, or losing vision in one eye from flying shards of glass."

  23. I'm always leaving my keys in the ignition. went to Stafford last year and searched my pockets and could i find those keys?. Went to the bike and someone had taken them and left a note they were at the reception. So another mile trek and the knob head at reception was a smart arse asking what was the key number etc and there was a charge blah blah!. I just wanted to go home not be some butt of this person's smug joke. got them in the end, but was not happy!
