but as Sach says post in the workshop and tell us everything you have done to cure it including what the symptoms are.

always bore to the piston ie get the piston first and give to the borer. Each piston has slightly different sizes and need to be matched. I don't know the clearances and they will be different with each manufacturer's pistons as it depends how much silicate they used in the alloy. you used to be able get an overbore gasket kit, but I haven't seen these for donkeys years!

make sure you take the spray bar out, they have little holes which clog. the pilot system is very sensitive too!

I did my own honing and you can get different lengths of hone stone. any engineering shop would be glad of your business. I use western rebores on Oldham road and always take my parts with me and he's happy just to the the machining.

A man dressed as an egg has tried to gain entry to tonight's Euro 2012 Final. He was quickly whisked away by security and beaten. ~~~ Italy are like Stephen Hawking. For years they've shown glimpses of genius, but they'll never again get to lift a cup. ~~~

I agree, once you start down that road its never ending and you start treating it with kid gloves when you should be out riding. When I restored mine, after 6 years its picked up a few bits but they are my bits and know where it came from and what I was dong at the time. bit like a scrap book

interesting, I though the thermal efficiency was more like 40%. CHP (combined heat and power) generators are about 90% efficient.

those small wheels don't make for great handling IMHO. you can mess with weights and stuff( did it on a friends scoot) but you need to read up a lot and know what your doing or it creates more problems than the one that wasn't there in the first place.

I love the look on people's faces, standing soaked in the rain at the bus stop as I drive past. It's partly why I became a bus driver. ~~~~~ I've found that if you massage the clitoris with your thumb, while gently easing your index and middle fingers into the vagina... You get sacked from your job as a gynaecologist.

that was good, excellent planning

one for the breakfast table, although I'd do it the night before as the brain don't function AM.
