how long can you sit on a 50cc? I got about 4" of closed cell foam on it which will not spoil the silhouette of the original bike

well things have moved on a bit more; tool the seat to Matt in Hyde to get it covered and I picked up my wheel from Manchester Xtreme looks ace rear view (makes the rear seem larger) not sure whether to go for a traditional ribbed front tyre or go modern and get stickier, I'm leaning towards sticky ATM and I also eyed up the headlamp I'm using that's why I needed longer fork ears still got about £500 to spend on this yet

went round to see Matt today in his new premises. sound guy and is really up for doing the custom seat as I want it. ready in 2 weeks

the tapers are always thicker. you need to take out the bottom seal on the stem. that way you have some thread to go on. when they settle, you will need to tighten them a bit more. ensure all paint is off inside the neck so they set properly

I met a guy on a motorised cycle he built himself. yes he had to have an MOT and be taxed and insured. -
