20% now. so long as you can prove it was done by a competant person with recommended fluids etc, have proof, then you should be ok as Cynic says

normaly a buck is made, that's how they made the bubble canopies for the ww2 aircraft, heat up the sheet and quickly put around the buck.

I don't think so. on the xs when I withdraw the rod, the BB can come with it and I just pop it back in. I can't believe Yam would design the engine, where the BB would drop into the gearbox when withdrawing the clutch rod

sounds like a push then. did you strip it down? possibility that there is a ball bearing at the clutch end and can come out if you withdraw the rod. also they needs adjusting to take up the slack
