I use PEEKS polish as its not too abrasive and does fibreglass as well. i also started using protect and shine that Goff recommended, and thats god stuff too. waxing the chrome is good too,but don't use windowlean as it has amonia. I don't have any rust on my bike

just notify the dvla re: engine size and engine number. and of course insurance. shouldn't have probs there as the running gear is the same as the 400 so should'nt have to be an inspection!! drewps

most definatly after, just get a sharp knife and cut out any paint/powder coat. any good bike powder coaters should blank it off anyways drewps

as far as i can remember , both the bearing races are the same size. i remeber this as I thought i'm made a boo boo and drifted out and swapped round to find exactly the same I took off the rubber seal on the bottom of the lower fork yolk to assist with fitment!!
