I think the ebay scews will be for crancases. if you want to replace all the set screws on the bike. i used a2a4.co.uk fixings, custom-fasteners.co.uk, INOX (expensive but spot on) and boltmeup.com you'll have to get a caliper to measure each bolt, but you soon get to recognise the sizes and threads by eye drewps

spray some "easy start" in there, if it revs there's ya problem.

got to be fuel, is there a smell of petrol in the bore? I know you said you cleaned it, but did you strip down the carb into parts and use an ultrasonic cleaner? this is the best way to ensure its clean. I hope you checked fuel flow first. drewps
