  1. usual to adjust near the clutch first. tighten up till touching and back off 1/4 turn. then leave 5mm at the lever end. As Blackie sayas, check routing of cable or even oil it/renew! to the YOC

  12. I was out with the scouts cycling today and some posuer had the thump thump in his box. we all sang " we buy any car...dot com" soon lost his cool factor then just listening to the new Foo fighters album, so far so good!

  23. the wiring diagram provided by haynes etc are pretty coomprehensive, if you are bringing it back to standard, they are the best! I would use the exsisting harness as a template. try speedsport (yamahatopdog) if you have money to buy a new one. try the xs650'sor RD 400 sites and you make be able to adapt one for the 400 (never tried it, but worth a try)mike's xs or HVC cycle best machine possible? it depends on what you want from the bike, poser, commuter, show bike!
