looks ok, you don't really need backpressure in a 4 stroke engine it needs scavenging. a tuned exhaust is really only for racing and careers are built around this! just get some downtubes made and hook on an aftermarket silencer, or if our still keen, go with what you have there!

nothing to do with spokes,as I have said before; its the rim profile that keeps the air in. after all GS BMW's have spokes and tubeless tyres!

if you can't do that, the other way is to undo the seat opins on the other side, very fiddly!

if your wheels normally have a tube in them, get a tube fitted in your tubeless tyre! I have one in mine as the wheels are designed to take only tubes. (rim profile is different)
