to the YOC, the carbs need stripping down and ultrsonic cleaning or boiling in lemon/coke. there are lots of very small galleries in these carbs. you will also need to check diaphram. post in the classic section, where you will find an xs400 sticky

wow. that sounds great, love the way you mounted the rear plate, maybe get a slightly smaller one ( like my tracker) and keep that for the MOT. I assume it has a light for it as it will fail otherwise! bet your dead chuffed

looking good John, get a thatcham approved chain then tell the insurance, it will reduce the premium, but you'll have to lock it every time or they'll not pay out! what's this clay bar?
