paint or powdercoat wheels?
changed my mind again after speaking with my tyre guy. he recommends powder as it will be tough, help seal the inner rim and he reconds that the hot brake dust embeds into the Paint laquer which you can't remove unless a repaint. so I asked Matt Caulfield for recommendations and he put me into touch with Ashton powder coat. went round and what a professional outfit. Very clean efficient, staff were courteous. The business partner, Christine showed me samples of their work (which was amazing) cost was the cheapest I've seen at £30 a wheel with a powder lacquer on it too. they do chrome, candy etc etc well chuffed and its fairly local to me too www.ashtonpowdercoating.co.uk/
