Spark plug experiment.
it might be slightly higher as alloys are developed over time especially with silicone content and forging processes. Also alu has strange properties where its the oxide layer that's present and this forms a barrier which extends its heat range

its the parking that's the problem. If I go on the tracker I would have to chain it up as there are drunkard nob heads in the centre I did email a B+B who have garage facilities nearby. Not sure i'm going yet, but tomorrow, there is no rain forcast

How NOT to Take a Corner
As you have experienced, using the front on a corner straightens the bike up, useful if your about to hit a road object. Rear brake will square off the corner but if used too hard, will slide then high side if the wheel grips suddenly. Its a good learning curve if you survive your mistakes I vividly remember taking a corner at 75 and there were grockles stood next to their parked car on the road, in a blind bend with their doors wide open admiring the "view". That was a bum clenching moment and I just used my rear brake to slow, abet with a 50ft slide and managed to square off the bike, accelerate and miss the car.
