  15. normaly a buck is made, that's how they made the bubble canopies for the ww2 aircraft, heat up the sheet and quickly put around the buck.

  18. I don't think so. on the xs when I withdraw the rod, the BB can come with it and I just pop it back in. I can't believe Yam would design the engine, where the BB would drop into the gearbox when withdrawing the clutch rod
  19. if he's not stripped it down, then the BB will still be there.

  23. sounds like a push then. did you strip it down? possibility that there is a ball bearing at the clutch end and can come out if you withdraw the rod. also they needs adjusting to take up the slack
