  1. you need to really lightly, dust the decal with the clear and build up from there. its the aromatics in there which can lift the vinyl
  2. no it was a double flusher
  3. it would have to be a weld job. looks like the later XJ 2HW engine as it has the strange looking point on the side cover where the single pick up lives.
  4. nice bikes Jap imports and are watercooled
  5. only one pick up coil on this version, uses a digital ignitor to work out the rest

  15. AFAIK no laws for handle bar switches, although it would be really daft to put them too far away that you had to look down to flick switches etc. if your feeling flush, you can have micro buttons to run this http://motogadget.com/en/electrics/electronic-control-box-m-unit/m-unit-digit-tastersteuerung-u-sicherung.html

  19. Good natured gag as students play an April Fools on the teacher who makes them take their calls on speaker, if it rings in his class.
  20. what a career, had to skip the gory bits but the man did well
  21. YOC for me you can still put your name on it afterwards folks
  22. Its all in the prep. got to be grease free and no touching with bare hands. warm casings up slightly and paint in the proper humidity and temp as on the can. I have tried yambits engine silver and its rubbish. personally I would leave it bare and rub in acf40 and keep clean. barrels can be painted with Pj1 if you can still get it, fuel and oil resistant when treated as per instructions. failing that BBQ paint form B&Q has been great and used it on the Gilera exhaust, again I heat treated it using a blowtorch
