  1. for metric the drill size is thread size less pitch. so for an M7 with 1.25 pitch you need a 5.75mm drill bit.

  3. some of them are either machined in situ or are bonded in there. I know the SOHC is machined and if worn is scrap. Its bound to have some residual oil in there so it should be fine. Just do the rocking test when assembled

    agreed is the only way if you run a classic. someone crashes into you and it brakes a lever, it will be written off as uneconomical to repair. market value is based on glasses guide, if its not in there then its worth £50 (that's a guess but not far off)

  17. if you want the wheel to move forward loosen the axle bolt and the adjusters and give the wheel a kick from the rear pushing it forward.adjusters only work pulling the wheel back (and when the axle bolt is loose)

  21. a picture would help eddie. shared the same stuff as the fz I think too. if you go on cmsnl and get the part codes, you can then google it and you might find they share parts with other bikes.
