    mine were £200 fitted, but they just came out and a deal at the time. They make the tread wider as the tyre wears, bit like an inverse tread pattern I suppose.

    i have the R5's on mine and as they are asymetric have a harder centre and gradual stickiness on the sides for the corners. I mainly got them for the wet weather performance but i know they'll be better then me so i won't overcook them. nice and stable too

  8. bikes nearly finished, i took my time as nothing to ride to. As we can go camping in the UK from 4th July now, maybe we can organise somewhere? Still up for Kielder, if anyone lives up that way to organise a ride out.

  13. have a soft set on my fz600 . mine have a strap and this is fitted under the seat to get trapped there. this holds them in place you can put some bungie cords to stop the bottom flapping around

    why check ohms? you only tend to do that for the stator need to see if 14.4 volts are there when engine is at 2 -3 k revs either the battery on its way out or Reg/rec if you think charging is suspect.

  22. fz600 have oil coolers, its basically a screw on part and i converted mine to a spin on filter from a xjr400
