Yeah, basiaclly what happens is i push the remote start button on the remote, The lights/etc turn on as if i have put the key in, and the motor turns over, but there is no spark. Any ideas?

Hi all. I am having trouble wiring an immobiliser/remote start alarm into my bike. I am trying to find ignition kill wire. Its a yamaha ybr 125 08 (fuel injected) and I cant seem to find it. All i get when trying to remote start is the starter motor turning but no start (no spark). Any ideas? A Thoroughly confused Alex

Hi there. I went to start up my ybr today and i noticed that the engine light flashed 3 times slowly then 8 times faster then repeated this fashion. I was wondering if there are any error code lists for a ybr125 08 or any other bike with same ecu? Thanks in advance.

not keen on using the built in indicators and is apparently legal if you do not use the integrated indicators. Just looking for a bit more visibility.

hi. I looking to get an integrated led cluster for my ybr 125 08. Was wondering if you guys think i could get something like this : http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ZX6R-2007-NINJA-ZX6-...1742.m153.l1262 and mod it inside the original light casing to make it fit? Any ideas?

that is a very wierd problem. I would definantely take it to a dealer. Could it be that when your moving the back wheel you are nudging the spark plug cable completing a bad connection?

1. This always happens to me. At the risk of being beeped at the lights I leave it in first and hold the clutch in at lights. 2. This happens but rarely. I have had this issue on my ybr the same number of times as it jumping out of 2nd into netural. How many miles has your bike done? 3. not sure about this one, does it turn over and not start or not turn over at all?

2006 ybr125 is defo carb.

Most likely a power valve.

@nio WOW an english one, where on earth did you find it! I spent for ever looking for it!. I thought it might have been the fuel pump, but I assumed it didnt have one. Thanks!

Fair enough. I do believe its the power valve although service manuals are impossible to find so I will never find out . Thanks for the help!

I was wondering If there are any exhaust kits I can get for my YBR 125 08 to make it sound a bit depper and less "feeble" I know its not a perfomance bike or remotely fast but if there is anything out there just to change the sound ? Thanks in advance.

BTW it only lasts about 1.5 seconds or so and does it evertime I turn the key from off to on.

no its definantly meant to be there, doesnt show up when starting only when I turn the key and before I push the starter button. sounds like maybe a powervalve or fuel pump?

Hi there. I have somthething bugging me that I cannot figure out. When I turn my key my bike makes a buzzing noise (ybr 125 2008). I know this is normal but what exactly is it? I have searched and forums and google but have not found anything! Thanks in advance.

The ybr is my first bike but I do agree that the gears are a bit picky. Sometimes it has a bit of trouble getting into third and on more than one occasion its jumped out of second. Can be a bit dangerous sometimes, other than making you look silly .
