    Hey It sounds like your float valve (that brass short thing with a pointed rubber tip on it) inside the carb isnt closing all the way. I suggest getting a new one from ...maybe Bike Bandit and checking your float height also. Or maybe the hinge on the float is getting stuck and not letting the valve close all the way.
