  2. My old black and decker i have had for 16 years is getting a bit sick now, it only gets used for wire brushing now, but it has outlasted a Draper one bought too replace it by the firm i work for, the spindle broke on that, I bought a non such 800w replacement from Maplins recently for about £15 in a sale and i have a big bugger bought for £18 a few years ago in a french hypermarket, that came with a spare set of brushes Merv

  18. Wemoto,s batteries do not come with Acid unless it is a gel battery i think, so any battery from wemoto you need to add acid and most need 2X 500 mil packs at £2 each + extra postage, i know i got a battery for me Z650 from em the other day, by the time i paid for it all i had saved about £3 on an exide battery from the local specialist
  19. get a new one or secondhand off ebay??
  20. Mikes XS ones are $7 did you get a whole cap for$22 ??
  21. i always stick a new set set of springs in any clutch i take out it is easier to do it at the time than have to tear it down again , use a bike specific oil, modern car oils can have anti friction additives that will make the clutch slip
  22. Get yourself a Rottweiler and inject it with the aids virus, then put a big label on it saying it has aids and keep it tied to the bike at all times, (No rottweilers were harmed in the making of this post)
  23. you will need at least the friction plates and the springs possibly the metal plates as well and also a gasket for the cover, remove clutch cover, take plates out look at the outer basket and if it has ridges on the teeth file them off if they are not too seriously deep, then replace things in revers order, I:E one friction plate one metal plate, take note of how many friction plates you take out because some packs of plates cover several diferent models of bike and may have an extra plate in them for a different model merv
