Is it this style cap in which case just put a slightly bent screw driver into the front and push the locking mechanism back to open the cap, you can then get another lock or replacement cap, if the lock has a number on it contact a yam dealer or a bike key specialist and they should be able to advide hwre to get a new key cut from the number merv

Keef kinda just drifted away from here never visited was till a mod until recently but never on here. he now has a biggger control over the RD forum taking on some of the admin work from Ric Andy much the same just drifted away

RD caps are the same but the RD400F daytona has the longer cap, if anyone in the uk wants a pattern longer cap i have a nice new one bought by mistake merv

Right a picture paints a thousand words go too your messages click where the red arrow is on the picture on your mesage screen and se who is in there and remove any that dont belong

Folks after this recent spammer i found another respected member that i would npt block in a thousand years in my pm blocked list, when i told him this he checked his and all his friends list had somehow migrated to the blocked list. so go too new messages at the top of the page click on it then look down the side too the pm block list click on it and see who is in it remove anyone that you need to receive pm,s from Merv
