Is there a fee for the BikeSafe course and do you get some sort of test at the end? I've been interested in doing one of these more advanced courses but I'm not sure if they would be suitable to do on a 125cc.1 point

Heh i remember years back taking a mate of mine to margate from northamton. All was well till a set of roundaboutsaround 20 mile from margate. Now gone. The dosy fecker had fallen asleep. He weiged 18 stone and i weighed 12. I didnt know he was asleep so as i went for more exhaust scraping giggles he practically falls off. Wakes up in the process ans sits up. I had to force the bike like a wrestler to make it round. Very funny later. We still tell the story over a beer....1 point

Triumph is a good choice! Regularly see a tiger around in my village and have to say it looks and sounds sweet! I like the scrambler and the street triple too. Plus I've been round the factory and it is impressive!1 point

"meet your maker thinking where the hell did he come from" that really amused me....but true. Well you know what they say about us oldies, there is a young man inside trying to get out! and that's so true too.1 point

talking about that feeling that the end is nigh - couple of months ago has some dodgy fish and chips, stomach ache for a month after, eventuallty the gripes have disappeared. really thought it was something serious until a mate said he had eaten a McDonalds that had a similar effect. - in a bikers cafe y/day and ordered a cheese roll with salad amongst all the fry ups and I thought someone was going to comment but they didn't1 point

nice to see you back you old fart. I pretend to be 50 but inside I'm, a lot less than that! I suppose it the 70's ethos, keep music live, Punk and mega strikes from unions. no-one stands up for themselves anymore, my kids just take what's offered instead of thinking for themselves. I tried to instil some rebellion in them, but they just conform!! grumpy rant over1 point

Welcome to the grumpy club. One of the good things about being old is that you can be cantankerous, everyone will expect it. Rather than old, I would say "experienced". Welcome to the club and be happy you made it.1 point

Nice one Bippo! My tastes run more toward the scrambler, but the tiger is still a beauty. Congrats!!1 point

I think you'd be well-advised to add an introduction in the new member section. You might get more help once you let everyone know a little about you. Welcome aboard.1 point
